RTB Warranty (Return to Base)
You must return your warranty card with in the first month of
ownership if you wish to be covered by the 12 month warranty.
Warranty cards may be filled out online (address shown on the card).
The PC tower is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing hardware defects.
This requires that you return the PC tower to our Bletchley workshop, where any faulty hardware will be replaced free of charge.
This does not cover for accidental damage, malicious damage or misuse.
Removing serial numbers from the PC or any of the components invalidates the warranty.
Peripherals
Many peripheral items, for example monitors, printers and scanners have extended warranties, direct with their manufacturers.
Many of these are on-site “swap out” warranties for up to 3 years.
It is important therefore, that you complete any warranty documents and return them to the manufacturer,
or register the product on their website if requested.
In the event of a failure, you should contact the manufacturer to arrange a repair or replacement.
Most manufacturers will only swap out the item at the address on the warranty document and not at our workshop.
If you decide to make use of our standard 12 months RTB warranty for peripherals,
the manufacturer may void their extended warranty for future use.
Returning Products
We suggest that you keep all packaging for your PC and peripherals
in case you need to post/courier an item back to our workshop within the warranty period.
Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by poor packaging.
